Have you ever wondered what is it that lenders look for when approving a loan? This workshop helped answer that question and more.

The first half of the workshop was led by Washington Mutual professionals. Topics range from what you should know when purchasing a car to the benefits and disadvantages of renting versus buying. Then, the BAP teachers led an interactive workshop that puts you in the seat of a lender. After watching our video, you'll know what factors will help you get your loans approved!
