A: Once you have met all the requirements, you will be initiated at the end of the winter quarter if you were a fall candidate or spring quarter if you were a winter candidate.
Q: Are the meetings always on Thursday nights?
Yes. Traditionally, Thursday nights are the best times for the majority of the members. However, there are occasional meetings that will be on a different day if we have a special speaker. Those events will be announced a head of time.
Q: What are the BAP dues?
A: Please visit the Membership Page for BAP dues.
Q: What should I expect at a weekly professional Meeting?
A: These meetings are usually for one hour. Important announcements are made prior to the start of the meeting so it is important to arrive 10-15 minutes early. Also, in order for the meeting to actually count as an hour, there needs to be a full hour of speaking. That is why it is very important for the members to ask questions from the professional speakers as they often finish within 40-45 minutes! Finally, once the meeting is finished, food will be served and the members can freely walk around and socialize with the professionals and other members.
